ISO 9001:2015
Contract Lead Auditor — Quality Management Systems
Conduct Stage 1 documentation reviews and Stage 2 on-site assessments for clients seeking ISO 9001:2015 certification. You will evaluate quality management system implementation, interview process owners, review objective evidence, and produce clear, well-documented audit findings and reports in accordance with ISO 17021-1 and ISO 19011.

ISO 14001:2015
Contract Lead Auditor — Environmental Management Systems
Lead certification audits for organizations implementing ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems. Responsibilities include reviewing environmental aspects and impacts, verifying legal compliance controls, evaluating operational procedures, and identifying both conformities and opportunities for improvement — with particular depth in electronics recycling and e-scrap operations.

ISO 45001:2018
Contract Lead Auditor — OH&S Management Systems
Perform Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits for ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management systems. You will assess hazard identification and risk management processes, worker consultation mechanisms, incident investigation systems, and operational controls — delivering objective, evidence-based audit conclusions that help clients drive real safety improvements.

R2v3
Contract Lead Auditor — Responsible Recycling
Conduct R2v3 certification audits for electronics recyclers, ITAD providers, and e-scrap operations. Deep sector knowledge is essential: auditors must be prepared to evaluate downstream vendor management, focus material handling, data destruction controls, and environmental health and safety requirements specific to the electronics recycling industry.

Requirements
What we look for in every auditor
RMR auditors are hand-selected for their technical expertise, sector knowledge, and personal commitment to fair and thorough auditing. Every member of our audit team represents RMR in the field — and we set the bar accordingly.
We particularly welcome candidates with direct experience in electronics recycling, e-scrap, and ITAD operations, as this is a primary sector focus for RMR.
Minimum qualifications
- ✓Exemplar Global (formerly RABQSA) or equivalent lead auditor certification in the relevant standard
- ✓Demonstrated sector experience in electronics recycling, ITAD, manufacturing, or related industries
- ✓Thorough knowledge of ISO 19011 auditing principles and ISO 17021-1 requirements for certification bodies
- ✓Strong written communication skills — audit reports must be clear, objective, and evidence-based
- ✓Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
- ✓Attention to detail in documentation review and objective evidence collection
- ✓Ability to work independently, manage audit timelines, and deliver reports within agreed deadlines
- ✓Commitment to impartiality and professional ethics in all audit activities
