About Us
About Ross Mitchko Registrar
We are a certification body built on the belief that auditing should be a partnership — rigorous in its standards, personal in its approach, and genuinely useful to the businesses we serve.
Our Mission
Partners in your certification journey
Ross Mitchko Registrar was founded on a simple conviction: the certification experience matters as much as the certificate itself. Too many businesses encounter auditors who treat compliance as a checkbox — impersonal, transactional, and disconnected from the realities of running a company.
We do things differently. Our auditors are selected not only for technical expertise but for their commitment to delivering an audit that is fair, transparent, and genuinely educational. Whether you are pursuing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or R2v3 certification, our goal is to help you understand what is required, identify real opportunities for improvement, and walk away from the process more confident in your management system.
With more than 20 years of combined experience in compliance, environmental risk management, and auditing across electronics recycling, ITAD, and manufacturing sectors, the RMR team brings genuine depth to every engagement.

Building on a foundation of recognized quality
ANAB Accreditation
RMR is actively pursuing accreditation through ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board) to certify management systems against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and R2v3 standards. We completed our Stage 2 ANAB witness audit in July 2026 and are in the final stages of addressing the corrective actions required for full accreditation.
ANAB accreditation provides independent assurance that our certification processes meet the highest international standards — giving our clients confidence that their certificates carry real weight in the marketplace.
Exemplar Global Recognized Training Provider
Through our training division, Peak Certification Center by RMR, we hold Recognized Training Provider (RTP) status with Exemplar Global — one of the world's leading personnel certification bodies for management systems professionals.
This recognition ensures that our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 lead auditor training programs meet rigorous quality standards and provide learners with globally recognized credentials.

Our Values
The principles that guide every audit
Professional Integrity
Every audit decision is based on objective evidence and defined requirements — never opinion, preference, or commercial pressure. Our independence is non-negotiable.
Independence
We maintain strict impartiality controls, including a two-year consultancy separation rule, to ensure our assessments are free from conflicts of interest.
Client Partnership
We view every audit as a shared journey toward improvement. Our role is to be a trusted guide, not an adversary — helping businesses understand requirements and achieve lasting compliance.
Continuous Improvement
We hold ourselves to the same standard we apply to our clients. RMR continuously reviews and improves its own processes, training, and management systems.
